Company Overview

Over the past two decades, VRI has had the privilege of serving hundreds of thousands of seniors and at-risk persons with industry leading home health care monitoring solutions. During the first decade, our primary focus was on providing medical alert units. In the second decade, new monitoring solutions were added, including: monitored medication dispensers, fall monitors, cellular solutions, DigiCare™ (a medical alert unit that is compatible to VoIP/cable TV telephone systems), and vitals monitoring.

Today, VRI serves over 45,000 members and has become a leading provider of medical-only monitoring services in the industry. We believe the secret to our success is our continual focus on providing excellent care and service to our members as established by our founders 20 years ago.

VRI was founded on ten fundamental values which are still our core values today.

You will very rarely see us on TV, or hear our advertisements on the radio, or elsewhere because we don't spend a significant amount of money on advertising (less than 1% of revenue). We have grown through word of mouth and have become the preferred provider for thousands of doctors, nurses, hospitals, home health care agencies, and case managers across the country. In 2007, our #1 referral source was our current customers. Treating our customers well has always been, and will always be, our top priority!
